Senior Associate - Health Economics Modelling - Statistical Programmer - Sweden

Our client is a top tier global CRO supporting Pharmaceutical & Biotech companies with full service solutions encompassing clinical & non-clinical development/ peri-approval / market access services.

They are currently seeking a Senior Associate Statistical Programmer for their Health Economics Modelling Team. The Health Economics Modelling team provide HE consultancy services to pharmaceutical, device and biotec companies both locally and on a global basis to ensure optimum cost-effectiveness and illustrate budget-impact modelling.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of the companies basic consulting offering and methods
  • Act as Senior Associate programmer for projects
  • Working within a team environment with own independent deliverables
  • Work with broad project guidelines as directed Uses initiative to initiative to prioritise work
  • Achieve specified project outcomes in alignment with team workload
  • Prepare documentation describing all datasets and variables
  • Develop SAS macros, templates and utilities for data cleaning and reporting.
  • Perform data checks as needed, to ensure integrity and correctness of data displays.
  • Write SAS programs to generate tables, listings, and figures and analysis datasets
  • Prepare documentation for programs
  • Communicate with an internal team to create deliverables
  • Work in tandem with Biostatistics and Data Management

 

Experience

?M.Sc. or advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, Outcomes Research, Computer Science or Econometrics

  • 2 years experience of statistical analysis or statistical programming
  • 3 years within Pharma industry, academic or consultancy
  • Programming experience with SAS
  • SAP writing
  • Develop SAS coding and table templates
  • Real world data/observational study design
  • Knowledge in epidemiological and statistical methods
