What to Expect

  • Installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites.
  • Verify equipment compliance with required specifications and standards.
  • Conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively.
  • Investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
  • Identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
  • Prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests.
  • Plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to ensure continuous customer operations.
  • Perform scheduled on-site interventions to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
  • Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma )
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Availability to travel globally 70%
