Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and compliant time management, working closely with colleagues in an interdisciplinary time management team
- Act as the key contact for time management matters (incl. labor law compliance) for key users, line managers, and HR colleagues
- Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve time management processes
- Design and deliver trainings and info sessions to support users across the organization
Qualifications
- Knowledge of labor law
- Min 2 years of experience as HR specialist
- Fluent German and English
