What to expect

  • Using telephone and internet techniques to research target companies and their hierarchy structures, identifying key target people, cold calling prospective targets, engaging and building rapport with key people and obtaining referrals.
  • Conducting screening interviews with key targets learning about their experience, motivations and aspirations whilst evaluating them against role ‘success factors’.
  • Compares all candidate intelligence to client specification.
  • Tests & evaluates desired level of experience & credentials.
  • Measures candidates/client & client/candidate match from EVP & screen.
  • Conducts competency based interviews with selected candidates, evaluates and provides feedback and coaching.
  • Delivers qualified shortlist within agreed timelines.

  • Completed a bachelor degree
  • Fluent English  
  • Working hours Monday to Friday
