Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the portfolio strategy, ensuring local business growth is perfectly aligned with global and regional mandates.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, steering products from initial registration and commercial launch through to performance monitoring and strategic discontinuation.
- Synthesize market intelligence and competitor analytics to cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs that informs high-level decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing leadership and regional hub teams, collaborating to shape long-term business plans and tactical roadmaps.
- Engineer persuasive value propositions and segmented portfolio strategies that resonate across diverse customer profiles and distribution channels.
- Produce high-impact, locally relevant marketing assets, including specialized content and documentation to drive success in tender processes.
- Optimize the commercial toolkit, providing the sales organization with the advanced resources and methodologies required for engagement excellence.
Key Requirements
- Min 4 years as a Marketing Manager in Pharma / Biotech / Medical Device
- Min 4 years in multi country Marketing
