Job Overview

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP, internal safety requirements, and complete technical documentation
• Lead, develop, and performance-manage an established electrical engineering team
• Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, systems, and technical solutions
• Oversee functional machine safety and associated risk management activities
• Manage electrical engineering projects with responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule adherence based on KPIs
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and selected external partners
• Contribute to the definition and execution of departmental strategy within an international environment
• Hold accountability for resource planning and budget control within the electrical engineering function
